I received the Derma roller very quickly after my order, and have used it once since then. It's only been a few days since I have used it but I have noticed changes and my skin looks better and needs less make up. For the full effect I expect to need a number of treatments but it is very easy to use and not painful - just a slight tingling sensation (similar to plucking your eyebrows) even with the 1.5mm roller which I use. I must admit I was unsure what to expect before I started rolling as the thought of 192 needles penetrating 1.5mm into my skin gave me the heebies ( I hate needles...) but it's been so much better than I expected. I actually don't mind using it and I am looking forward to some dramatic improvements with more treatments.

I've sat through many useless cosmetic procedures, including overrated laser treatments that lack efficacy. I could live in Europe for months on the money I've wasted. The use of this product, which is not dependent on user training or talent, will save hefty sums in doctor's bills. Thank you for making this microneedle product available at a reasonable price.
