I love this cream and have used it (and the daily cleanser) for 2 years since I first got it from a dermatologist. I find the scent neutral. It feel smooth and non oily. It's for sensitive skin or skin prone to redness

Worth the extra money, improves skin within a short period of time, maintains healthy look, does clog pores, I have normal skin, 40+, no need to buy the more pricey Kinerase.

This lotion is so expensive and smells so bad - like rancid butter. I tried this one because I've used Kinerase before, and I liked the texture and the smell, and it lasted for a long time. But this one... First I thought it was spoiled, so I called the costumer service and a guy informed me that the expiration date was 2010. So, I think it just smells like this (!). I would not buy another tube. If I could, I would even return the product.
